Sandeep Sharma is a hard-working husband and father of two children. His experience ranges from mechanical engineering to being an owner of thriving businesses related to children, all of which focus on skill/brain development. He is an expert in mental math and is the Director of iLEAP, a soft skill development program for children. 

Qualifications: Level 1 ECE Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Class 4 Driver's License, and valid Police Check.

Shalu Sharma has 15 years of experience in teaching children. She is a positive individual who enjoys the presence of children. 

Shalu completed both a Master's degree in Public Administration, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed). UCMAS (Brain Development for Children) has offered her a platform to practice her passion for educating children. 

Qualifications: Level 3 ECE Diploma, police checks, First Aid Certificate, Food Handling Certificate. Montessori Assistant Certification. Currently working to obtain a Montessori Diploma.

Lori's love for children of all abilities drew her to the childcare field. Her passion for nurturing child development led to running a successful childcare business in Langdon for 15 years before selling to the Sharmas. When asked to join the TPA team, as their administrator, it was a great opportunity for her to continue working in her field with the wonderful children in her community of 29 years. 

Qualifications: Level 2 ECE Certificate, First Aid, Police Check, Food Handling Certificate & Montessori Assistant Certification, Class 4 Driver's License.

Jagdeep has two years of experience working with toddlers. She loves being around kids and her passion for working with children shines through in her interactions and care for them. She has worked with toddlers for many years.

Qualifications: ECE Level 1 (working on Level 2), Montessori Assistant Certificate, First Aid, valid Police Check, Food Handling Certificate. 

Parinaz loves working with children, watching them gro,w and learning new things. She is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive. She believes in a holistic approach that supports each child’s unique journey. 

Qualifications: Level 1 ECE, Bachelor of Science in Nursing- RN, valid BLS-CPR, Police check, and Food Handling Certificate.

 Saini is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with two years of daycare experience. She excels in creating nurturing environments and designing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. Passionate about child development, Saini is committed to fostering growth and collaborating with families to support each child's unique needs.

Qualifications: Level 1 ECE (working on Level 2) Certification, valid Police Check, First Aid Certification, Food Handling Certificate.

  Shilpa is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. She believes in fostering strong relationships with both children and their families to build a foundation of trust, care, and joyful learning. Her warm, gentle approach in caring for children is exemplified when working with infants

Qualification: Level 1 ECE Certificate,  First Aid-CPR, Police Check, Food Handling Certificate.

Rajinder is an experienced mom with a year of experience working with infants in a professional setting. She is enjoying her time working in the infant room. Rajinder is a gentle soul, and her warm heart is evident when working with small children. Our students reach for her immediately when they see her. 

Qualifications: Level 1 ECE (working on Level 2), valid Police Check, First Aid Certification, Food Handling Certificate.

 Kristhyn is a dedicated mother of three, She is energetic and nurturing towards children. Kristhyn loves bonding with children and providing them with the care and attention they need to thrive. Her warm and caring nature, along with her experience as a mother, make her well-suited to guide children's growth and ensure they feel loved in a safe and supportive environment. 

Qualifications: Level 1 ECE, Valid Police Check, Food Handling Certificate.

Leanne is excited to join the TPA team! Her infectious enthusiasm and passion for movement are evident in her ability to inspire and engage youth in the arts while building their confidence and skills. She strives to provide creative and engaging activities that nurture each child’s individual interests and development. She is a proud mother to her son and loves spending time in nature with her family and their two dogs. 

Qualifications: Level 1 ECE Certification, Valid Police Check, and First Aid Certification, and Food Handling Certificate.

 Gurwinder is her birth name, but she prefers to be called by her nickname,  Jyoti. 

Jyoti is very happy to be a part of Tinyy Petals Academy as a Reggio teacher this year. She enjoys helping children explore, learn new things, and have fun while learning. 

Her goal is to make our classroom a place where everyone feels safe, happy, and excited to learn every day.
 

Qualifications: Level 1, valid Police Check, First Aid Certification, Food Handling Certification.

Gail is a mother of three children who resides just outside of Langdon. 

She joined our program in September 2024 as a preschool mentor. She has been teaching preschool for many years and works mainly at our sister company, the Langdon Learning Centre. Gail's fun, energetic personality, which engages children, creates a positive preschool environment. 

Qualifications: Level 1 (completing level 2) and Valid Police Check, First Aid Certification.

 Aman is a mother of 2 children and lives in Calgary. She has a level 3 in early learning and childcare and also holds an Early childhood Montessori Assistant Certificate.

She has been working in the childcare industry since 2017. 

She enjoys working with children and feels we learn so much from them, we gain an better understanding of how they see the world around them. With this observation of child development we gain a healthy trusting relationship that is necessary for their future learning.

Qualifications: Level 3 ECE Certification, Valid Police Check, First Aid Certification, Food Handling Certification, Class 4 Drivers License.
 

Ramneet has 10 years experience working with children. She is working toward a Level 3 certification and finds it to be a rewarding experience. Her true
passion is working with children. In her opinion, Early Childhood Educators lay the groundwork for their future education, so she works hard to provide a supportive and stimulating atmosphere where every child feels appreciated and motivated.
She enjoys empowering children to find their own interests and strengths.

Qualifications: Level 2 ECE Certification, Valid Police Check, and First Aid Certification
 

 Angelica is a proud Colombo-Canadian who has lived in this beautiful country for over 17 years. As a bilingual educator (English/Spanish). She is passionate about creating fun, safe, and inclusive learning environments. She is currently working toward her Level 2 Early Learning and Child Care. Her diverse background in esthetics, project management, and electronics engineering has shaped her into a creative and adaptable educator. She lives in Langdon with my son and their playful pup, Choclo, who keeps life interesting! 

Qualifications: Level 1 (completing her Level 2), valid Police Check, First Aid Certification, Food Handling Certification.
 

Sukhmanpreet, or (Suke) for short,  joined Tinyy Petals recently. She is a student who is advancing her certification while working with us. 

Suke enjoys working with toddlers and is fond of her coworkers. She appreciates the warm environment here at the daycare because the instructors are very kind and helpful. 

She wants to do her best to learn and help the children feel safe and happy.
